Morning weight = 258.6
Weight lost = 13.4
Up 2/5 of a pounds again! What's going on here...? I know I ate a bit more calories yesterday than normal, but I didn't expect to gain. I looked at what I ate the day before on each of the 3 times I have gained weight since the 1st. On all 3 days I ate more than 1,500 calories, but not enough more to make that much of a difference. The other commonality is that I ate noticeably extra carbs on those days. I think the added carbs messed with my body.
I think I've also been eating extra salt. So I'm going to work on cutting back on salt and keeping the carbs lower. We'll see if that does anything...
